Products must be returned to us in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Please follow the steps below for returns:

  1. Email with your order number within 5 days of receipt of your order. If there’s a fault with the item, please attach an image of the fault.
  2. We will send you a confirmation email along with the address to return the item/s to.
  3. Returns must be sent to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Please send your order back, containing your invoice and products. Return shipping will be at your cost.
  4. Once we receive the returned item/s, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Allow up to 5 working days to see the funds appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
